Job Descriptions
- Familiar with all administrative and service SOPs within the establishment
- Train new team members in the facility’s affairs
- Arrange housekeeping manpower and daily work allocation, maintenance, and repairs
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness in public areas and guest rooms
- Enhance the professionalism of team members and optimize workflow
- Improve overall guest satisfaction and generate positive guest reviews
- Provide guests with personal perspectives and abundant travel information
- Coordinate cooperation and communication with relevant departments
- Assist in planning and executing other projects
- Handle other assignments from superiors
