1. Check-in: After 15:00, Check-out: Before 11:00
2. Our front desk is available 24 hours a day. However, if you plan to check in after 23:00, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance via email or phone to assist us in providing you with the best service.
3. Late check-out after 11:00. You will be charged ¥2,000 per hour/room.
   Late check-out is subject to the hotel’s reservation status, and the hotel reserves the right of final decision.

When booking through our official website, please refer to the following guidelines.

1. Changes or cancellations made up to three days before check-in are free of charge. Within three days prior to check-in, changes or cancellations will incur a charge equal to the first night of your stay.
   For example, if your check-in date is the 20th, the last free change or cancellation can be made before 23:59 on the 16th.
2. Cancellations on the check-in day or failure to notify the hotel in advance will result in a 100% charge of the entire order.
3. Order changes and refunds are not allowed after check-in.

1. Meander Osaka reserves the right to charge the full amount of the payment before check-in with the credit card details guests provided. If you provide an invalid card, the reservation will be automatically canceled without further notice.
2. If you choose to pay upon check-in, the hotel accepts Visa, MasterCard, and JCB credit cards, as well as cash transactions. Other payment methods are not accepted.
3. During check-in, you will be required to present the credit card used for the reservation to verify that you are the cardholder, ensuring the security of the transaction.

1. Children under 4 years old are not accepted.
2. Children under 6 years old can stay for free if no extra bed or breakfast is required. Children aged 6 and above will be charged at the standard room rate.

We provide luggage storage service for guests daily from 8:00 to 21:00. Luggage can be stored for free until 21:00 on the day of check-out.

Some amenities and items may not be provided in the guest rooms. To obtain the necessary items and amenities, please inquire at the front desk.

Smoking is prohibited for the entire area of the hotel. Violators will be subject to a fine of ¥50,000.
