1. Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service
– Front desk reception, handling check-in and check-out procedures for guests
– Guide guests to explore the Meander premises
– Handle correspondence, system/accounting, and administrative tasks
– Perform routine tasks and maintain the environment
– Proactively assist guests with any issues during their travels

2. Enhance guest satisfaction with travel and create unique accommodation experiences
– Provide travel consultations and recommend Osaka and various regional attractions
– Act as a small tour guide and organize special activities for guests to participate in
– Strive for top-rated reviews
– Depending on personal traits, provide training and assignments related to marketing, planning, business, administration, etc.

Job Requirements

  • English Language Requirement – TOEIC Score of 650 or above.
