  1. Understand Meander’s business model
  2. Plan, execute, review, and improve projects
  3. Prioritize guest experience and enhance customer satisfaction
  4. Familiarize with the operational status of the front desk and housekeeping, handle work-related matters within and between departments
  5. Proactive, positive thinking to encourage and lead colleagues in continuous system and process optimization
  6. Screen and interview suitable new partners to join Meander
  7. Conduct staff training, assessments, and team building
  8. Pay attention to room occupancy rates and revenue
  9. Coordinate collaboration and communication within the department

Job Requirements

  • Over 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a total work experience of over 5 years
  • Results-oriented
  • Positive, outgoing, and energetic personality with a love for interacting with others
  • Highly skilled in problem-solving and creative thinking
  • High level of professionalism and enthusiasm for the job
  • Self-management abilities and a willingness to take on challenges
  • Sales experience is a plus.
