You can pay to early check-in available as early as 7:00 (subject to availability) at an additional cost. For details, please contact our front desk.  In addition, you can always check-in and leave your luggage in the luggage room between 7:00 – 23:00.

Yes. We provide luggage storage service for guests daily from 7:00 to 23:00.

Before check-in, we can receive packages with prepaid merchandise fees and shipping costs on your behalf. However, please inform us in advance via email or phone and indicate the reservation confirmation number and recipient’s name (the same person who made the room reservation) on the package. Please collect the package at the Meander Osaka front desk after arrival.

We keep lost and found items for a week. If we found your belongings, we can send it to your address for a fee, which includes shipping and processing fee of 15%. Advance payment would be required.

No. The lobby is open at all times and you can get into hostel as long as you have your room key

You will receive a confirmation by email. If you do not receive the email confirmation, please check your junk mailbox.

Your Credit Card information is required to guarantee your booking. No charge will be processed on your card. You can settle your payment by Cash upon arrival

Please fill out the group booking form. We will assign a coordinator to follow-up on your specific case.

Yes. Please make sure that you modify it 3 days before your arrival date, otherwise cancellation penalty will apply. To make changes, please check our reservation policy for details.
1. Cancellation made 3 days before your arrival day, 100% room fee could be refunded. 
2. Cancellation made 1~2 days before your arrival day, 50% room fee could be refunded. 
3. Cancellation made on arrival day or directly No Show, no fee will be refunded. 
4. No refund after check-in.
Example: Check-in on Dec 20, and the last day for free cancellation is Dec 16th. 

We can add an extra mattress in the Deluxe Room at an additional cost of 400,000 VND.

Yes! If there is a bed of room on the preferred floor available, we can arrange that for you. Please let us know in advance your preference so we can make sure to reserve it. Please kindly understand that we cannot guarantee your room/bed location.

No. Smoking is not allowed in whole buliding,You could be fined VND10,000,000 for smoking
